Organoleptic Analysis

Colour

very intense and limpy ruby red.

Bouquet

pervasive and intense, fruit - infused with background notes of cherry.

Flavour

soft and elegant, full-bodied with soft tannins, but still mouthfilling, well – typed character.

Serving temperature

20 centigrade degrees.

Soil type: loam-sandy clay with a south-east, south-west exposition
Average altitude of the vineyards: 380 mt a.s.l

Trellising system: vertical trellis with a 1 m foliage framework on spurred cordon with two buds.

In the Cellar

Fermentation:in Slavonian oak vat
Aging:in 40 hl vats, where fermentated, and 10 hl oak barrels, for two years.
